What Do You know About Tanning and SPF?

To be honest I’m doing a small study for a class on tanning and skin care and how it is a trend that many people ages 18-25 and possibly older have taken to.

This trend has led to the increase in skin cancer over the years and I know we have all heard it before.

What I’m going to do is make a Facebook page about skin health because your skin is the foundation to which you project your inner personality to the outside world.

You only have one body. Take care of it :)

Man of Steel: Thoughts?

Ok AGAIN I’m NOT a pro-critic…

As I mentioned with Star Trek it seems like movies lately staring the most beloved people in “geekdom,” as I see it, are slowly falling short of what people perceive of the movie before viewing.

I had high hopes…and I hate to say this goes back to Iron Man 3, which was good, but not excellent. Star Trek led me to disappointment and now…

Man of Steel: What happened?

The cast AMAZING! The graphics just as good. Music superb.

Plot and story line…fell short. Throughout the film I was thinking…so where’s Neo?

Or I’m waiting for Tom Cruise to pop out with Dakota Fanning to kill some aliens. The superman movie that I perceived going into the film was a blended mix of War of the Worlds and the Martix wrapped in a red cape with the explosion of Krypton.

I like how the movie starts a little before superman this was intriguing to say the least but even then it gave the appearance of Star Wars.

The ending…when you see it…just think “With great power comes great responsibility”

However, I want another opinion, please. My boyfriend who saw the film said it wasn’t as good as thought but he rather enjoyed it.

Overall rating: B-/C+

Anyone else have my opinion or his?
